DoC requests can now be made using this portal

On 3-Nov-2020, we launched a new service called "Declaration of compliance". Using this service, Schoeller Allibert employees can now raise tickets to request a DoC / certificate based on end-customer needs. These requests will be handled by the Quality department.
This replaces the old way of making DoC requests (via email). Going forward, all DoC requests must be made using this portal.
