Recently we have
encountered some issues with the use of Internet Explorer for the ServeMe
Business Service Desk.
Microsoft does not
update and fix issues on Internet Explorer anymore, because they have a new web
browser (Microsoft Edge) and focus on the development of that.
Therefor we advise you not to use Internet Explorer anymore when
raising tickets in the ServeMe Business Service Desk.
Instead you can use:
Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari. Make sure always to use the latest
version/update of your browser.
